BE A P.I.G.:
Welcome to our new Personal Internet Guide (aka P.I.G.).  It's where being a PIG is appreciated.  You can find all kinds of free stuff here and most of the time we've already tried it out.  But the sad part with the free stuff is you need to give out at least your email address!!!  Here's the great news, use our FREE email.  You get your own user name, you pick it out, you can get notified through your regular email, ICQ or even pager.  You get 3mb of space, a calender, a to do list, and for now a way to even access it through your pop server!  Our email will never send you any junk, period.  It's just yours to use as you like... try it out, you might like it. It's PIG-ilicious

We'll contiue to improve this P.I.G so we can find the things we're really looking for.  We'll be starting a PIG Message Board or Trough, where everyone can partake as well as share in the coolest free stuff out there.  Look for PIG-shirts, so we can stand out in the crowds.

FYI: Did you know a PIG is considered one of the smartest animals around, some argue smarter than a Dog...be a PIG

    This dairy product is widely used in Europe.
    -Creme Fraiche is best described as a matured, thick cream. It has a tangy, almost nutty flavor. In France, it is used to top fruit, cobblers, and puddings. It can easily be added to sauces because it will boil without curdling.
    -If creme fresh is not available, it can easily be made. Whisk together one tablespoon of buttermilk and one cup of heavy cream. Place in a glass jar (with a lid) and put in a warm area (about 70 degrees) for 10 to 24 hours. It will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
