Washington DC -- The Rio Grande Basin covers the cultures on both sides of the Rio Grande River that runs along the southwest border of the United States and Nothern Mexico.  The people were kind and generous willing to answer all questions you had.   The culture featured lots of arts and crafts as well as music, cooking, horse back riding and adobe building to name just a few.
