A list of light reading is not complete
without Danielle Steele. Many of you out there probably have an opinion
on these books, one way or another, since she has so written so many books.
Whether you are a fan or not, try The Ghost. Yes this is another
love story but there is a story within a story. Charlie's wife has
left him for another man; and as Charlie tries to get over this heartache
he discovers a love story surrounding the original owners of the house
he occupies. Of course Charlie finds love again in his healing process,
which is brought on by reading the journal of a woman named Sarah who fled
Europe to get away from an abusive husband. So if you're in the mood
for love...
If you liked Titanic, then
you will like No Greater Love, which is another story set on the same fabled
ship. The lead character, Edwina Winfield, has to lead her siblings
after their parents and other loved ones go down...well you know the all
too familar story. Many years pass and you will follow the loves and losses
of the Winfield family in the US and abroad. All in all it depends
on whether the Titanic storyline is something which you still have an interest.
